Team Aster announce a small roster change heading into the CDA-FDC Pro Championship

With Team Aster beginning their run at the CDA-FDC Professional
Championship tomorrow, the organisation have announced a small roster change
which sees them depart with Jiang “天命” An.

Although they managed a rather valiant
third place finish at the recent OGA Dota PIT Season 3: China event, Team Aster
have decided to make a small roster change as they head into the CDA-FDC
Professional Championship. The team’s captain for a short time, Jiang An, has
gone inactive, with Li “Ch” Chen taking the position five role on a trial
basis. The full new Aster roster is now:

  • Du “Monet” Peng
  • Liu “DD” Yuhao
  • Lin “Xxs” Jing
  • Ye “BoBoKa” Zhibiao
  • Li “Ch” Chen
  • Zhang “LaNm” Zhicheng (coach)

Aster’s newest trial member has been with some of the best teams and players in the China region – having played for LGD Gaming, Invictus Gaming, Newbee and even coached Team EVER for a short time before joining Big God before they went inactive. Ch, once known as Chisbug, should bring a great position five veteran experience to Aster and it will be great to see him alongside the likes of DD and BoBoKa too.

Without Vici Gaming at the Professional Championship, it will be
interesting to see if Aster can utilise their roster change to maybe challenge
PSG.LGD in the grand finals, although being in the same group, the teams will
face one another on October 25th.
