And, according to the rumour mill, Argos PS5 stock could become available to buy in the coming days.

A number of PS5 stock tracker accounts have claimed the next Argos PS5 restock will be going live the week beginning Monday February 15.

PS5 UK stock update: Argos, Currys and Amazon PlayStation 5 latest

The @PS5Instant Twitter tweeted about the January PS5 restocks back in December and was spot on in terms of timings for when stock became available to buy.

And this PS5 account has said the recent GAME and ShopTo restocks were just the beginning of the mid-February stock drops of Sony’s in-demand PlayStation 5 console.

On Thursday the @PS5Instant Twitter posted: “If you didn’t manage to get one, don’t worry, this was the start of Mid-February drops, Currys, Argos, Amazon Very and more still to drop, alongside more GAME drops soon.”

And then over the weekend the PS5 UK Stock – Instant Updates Twitter said Argos along with plenty of other retailers are stores stock hunters should be keeping an eye on during the week beginning Monday February 15.

On Saturday the @PS5Instant Twitter posted: “No drops this weekend. Next week we’re looking at stock by Currys, John Lewis, Very, AO, Amazon, Argos and GAME again.”

The @PS5StockAlertUK Twitter account has also been tweeting about the next Argos restock, saying it should drop the week beginning Monday February 15 too.

On Thursday, after the GAME PS5 restock, the account tweeted: “Argos have restocked some stores yesterday, and are restocking all warehouses and hubs today. Just like last time, some smaller stores won’t be getting stock. But this hints a possible restock by Argos next week. It’s currently too early to claim which day.”

Responding to this tweet one PS5 stock hunter said in the Argos app they were seeing the PS5, which was in their basket, as listed for next day delivery. has also seen the PS5 showing up as available for in-store collection in the Argos app, but when we attempted to checkout were unable to do so.

This app activity happened before with the previous Argos restock, so it could be a sign that PS5 stock will soon be available to buy from the major UK retailer.

Elsewhere the @PS5StockAlertUK Twitter went on to add: “Argos will go live next week rather than the week after. For now, Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday are possible days for release. I will announce an exact date when possible in a few days. Thank you.”

Other PS5 stock tracker accounts have been tweeting about the next Argos restock too, sharing pictures allegedly on PS5 units in Argos warehouses ready to be shipped out.

One of these accounts, the @UKPS5Notify Twitter, posted: “[Argos #PS5 update] Argos who are still yet to drop their next batch of #playstation5 continue to stockpile in preparation of their forthcoming national drop.”

They went on to add: “The exact date for these to go live remains up for speculation, however a number of Argos hubs have previously been given the date of 22nd Feb for their allocation of stock.”

As always with rumours, it’s best to take them with a pinch of salt until official confirmation.

Be sure to keep a close eye on PS5 stock tracker accounts for further updates throughout the week, as well as on the official Argos website and social channels.
