PS Plus January 2020: Uncharted The Nathan Drake Collection and Goat Simulator

PS Plus January 2020 has been announced and whilst we suspect a lot of PS4 owners will own one of the games in question, it's hard to deny it's not another good month for PlayStation 4 owners.

In January PlayStation Plus owners can download Uncharted: The Nathan Drake Collection and Goat Simulator.

So that's another Sony exclusive free with your PS Plus subscription.

At this rate Sony will have to give away The Order 1886 and some of the many other PS4 exclusives as they'll surely run out at this rate.

The two January 2020 PS Plus free games will be available to download this coming Tuesday (7th January). Which also means you're running out of time to download the existing free games from December 2019.

In the event you have forgotten and need reminding, includes the fantastic Titanfall 2. More details about the December PlayStation Plus games can be found further down the page.

But for now, anyone wanting more details about either game coming in January 2020, read on courtesy of the info shared to the PS Blog.

PlayStation Plus (commonly referred to as PS Plus or PS+) is Sony's PlayStation subscription service, primarily used to access online gaming on your PS4.

However, there are plenty more benefits on top, including two free PS4 games every month, exclusive PlayStation Store discounts, and 100GB of cloud storage for game saves.

How much does PlayStation Plus cost?

You can join PS Plus on a one, three or 12-month recurring payment plan, with costs ranging from as little as £6.99 for one month, up to £49.99 for the yearly option.

Choose a 12 month PS Plus membership and, by paying annually, you'll save 40% compared to paying monthly, and 37% compared to the three-month membership plan.

Can I try PlayStation Plus before I subscribe?

Yes! If you have never been a member of PlayStation Plus before, you can try it free for 14 days.

PS Plus December 2019 – Don't Forget…

Like every month, you've got two free games you can download right now and they're a cracking pair you certainly don't want to overlook.

As usual, don't hang about, they're not available for too much longer.

Titanfall 2

From a personal perspective, Titanfall 2 is one of the best shooters of the decade, and I think everyone should play it. The campaign is only about 10 hours long, and the multiplayer is from the same team behind the currently popular Apex Legends – so you know it's going to be good.

Here's the site's summary of the game:

"In single player, Titanfall 2 delivers a crafted experience that explores the unique bond between man and machine. Playable offline, the single player campaign in Titanfall 2 lets fans step out onto The Frontier as a Militia rifleman with aspirations of becoming an elite Pilot.

"Stranded behind enemy lines and facing overwhelming odds, players must team up with a veteran Titan to uphold a mission they were never meant to carry out. In multiplayer, Respawn is continuing to evolve their gameplay to provide a more robust experience that delivers expanded depth and variety that includes six new Titans, deeper Pilot abilities, more customization options, and a robust progression system that is sure to satisfy fans."

Monster Energy Supercross

Whilst it's not as notable a title as Titanfall 2, there's still plenty to be said of Monster Energy Supercross. It's a serviceable racer that will certainly give motor sport fans a couple of hours of entertainment.

Here's the site's summary of the game:

"Race with the official riders from 250SX and 450SX on the official tracks, Daytona included, to experience one of the most spectacular and entertaining racing competition ever!

"Customize your rider and bike as you like, with countless possibilities, with more than 80 official brands and 300 items available, and challenge yourself in conquering the top of the leaderboard.

"Race alone or against players from all over the world thought different offline and online game modes! Feel the rush of adrenaline, enter the arena and be the King of Supercross!"
