Sniper Elite 3 Ultimate Edition release date announced for Nintendo Switch

Sniper Elite 3 Ultimate Edition has received a release date on Nintendo Switch, which packs all the content ever released for the title.

Rebellion’s tactical shooter, originally released in 2014, arrives on 1 October on Nintendo Switch, and will be available both digitally and in a boxed edition.

The Ultimate Edition packs all previous content released including four extra campaign levels – where you attempt to stop an assassination of Winston Churchill and take out Adolf Hitler himself.

There’s also some special exclusive features for the Switch version, including local two-player co-op for campaign, four-player competitive multiplayer, along with Overwatch and Survival modes.

There’s also optional motion controls if you fancy concerning your neighbours and loved ones with a more immersive sniper experience. Pro controllers are also supported.

The Switch version was announced earlier this year, along with Sniper Elite 5, Sniper Elite VR, and Sniper Elite V2 Remastered.

Sniper Elite 3 Ultimate Edition releases on 1 October for Nintendo Switch.
