Days Gone Horde Locations: How to find every Freaker Horde in latest PS4 game

Cascades Horde Locations

    • The White King Mine Horde can be found in the northwest area of this regions. Approach the waypoint, cross the bridge, and delve into the caves here to find it.

    • South of the mine you can find the Death Train Horde which is located near the Horse Lake NERO checkpoint. On the nearby railbridge is a train car full of Freakers.

    • Take the road northeast from here to find the Horse Lake Horde. Keep an eye out for the caves to your left and that telltale trail of blood and broken branches.

    • The O’Leary Mountain Horde can be found beneath the lookout tower Deacon and Boozer use as their base of operations. Head north and look for the cave mouth leading into the base of the mountain.

    • Just a touch northwest from the Little Bear Lake NERO Checkpoint is the Little Bear Lake Horde. Keep an eye out for another cave in this area.

    • Close to the cemetery where you start the game, follow the path west uphill to find the Grotto Caves Horde on the other side of the car park.

    • The Cascade Highway Horde can be found in the area north of the Horse Creek Ambush Camp, by the large bridge. They’ll be roaming the shore during daylight, emerging from the nearby mountain.

    • Finally, the Proxy Falls Horde isn’t too far away. Loop back to the Horse Creek Ambush Camp, head south, and you’ll spot a cave swarming with Freakers.

    Belknap Horde Locations

    • For the Marion Forks Horde head to the town of Marion Forks, then go south to find another small cave on the road’s east side.

    • Continue south for the Belknap Crater Horde, scouting the rocky hills for another cave, close to the nearby Ambush Camp.

    • Fast travel to the Marion Forks NERO Checkpoint. From here, to find the Shadow Lake Horde, head to the cave north of the water.

    • Travel to the centre of the Belknap region to discover the Lava Arch Horde. Navigate around the huge mountain to find one of the roped off entrances into the network of tunnels below.

    • For the Bear Creek Hot Springs Horde simply fast travel to the Bear Creek Hot Springs Ambush Camp, then travel west.

    • Head to the southeast corner of the Belknap region, passing a gas station to find the Twin Craters Horde.

      The Patjens Lakes Horde is located northwest of the town of Hot Springs. Head through the gates, and you’ll find the cave left of the nearby bridg

    Lost Lake Horde Locations

    • West of Iron Mike’s camp, the Westfir Horde can be found holded up in a cave near the three buildings here.

    • For the Wapinitia Road Horde, travel to the Berley Lake Ambush Camp and continue north, making your way downhill.

    • Head north of Iron Mike’s farm. In this area you’ll find the River Flow Farms Horde roaming or hidden in a cave the by the nearby NERO checkpoint.

    • The Sherman’s Camp Horde are the overrun town you and Iron Mike visit during the story. Be sure to torch the Freaker Nests here first before going after the horde – they’re hiding on the second floor of one of the eastern buildings.

    • Head the forest area that divides the Lost Lake and Cascades regions. To find the Metolius Lava Cave Horde search the nearby outcrops for a signpost indicating the cave entrance.

    • You’ll need to go south for the Berley Lake Horde, heading towards the Highway 97 border. There’s a cave here, just north east of the Santiam Tunnel NERO Checkpoint.

    Crater Lake Horde Locations

    • You’ll only find three Hordes in this location. The first of these, the Mcleod Ridge Horde, can be found at the base of the mountain, north east of the Diamond Lake camp.

    • Near Diamond Lake you’ll also find the Mt. Bailey Horde – just follow the waypoint close to the border.

    • Fast travel to the Volcanic Legacy Scenic Byway NERO Checkpoint. Head south near the water to find another cave, sheltering the Rimview Ranch Horde.

    Highway 97 Horde Locations

    • Strap in and saddle up – Highway 97 has more Hordes than you can shake a Reaper Clubt at. The Solomon Hill Horde can be found north of the Aspen Butte Ambush Camp, in the northwest corner of this region.

    • Travel to the Volcanic Legacy Scenic Byway NERO Checkpoint, then head northeast along the path. The Beaver Marsh Rest Stop Horde can be found at the end of the nearby river.

    • Make your way to the northeast of this area for the Mt. Scott Ski Resort Horde, following the path until you find a cave.

    • Moving northeast again, continue through this snowy region and the Sagebrush Point Horde will be by the border, near the power station.

    • If you still have enough health and ammunition, head directly east for the Beasley Lake Horde, on the opposite side of the water north of Chemult.

    • It’s time to move onto Chemult. By the river just north of the area you will find another cave, along with the Cascade Lakes Rail Line Horde.

    • Go back to Chemult. The Chemult Station Horde is concealed within the station’s train carriages just south.

    • Close to Chemult’s NERO Checkpoint, you can find the Chemult Community College Horde hanging out.

    • Follow the rocky outcrops south of your location for the nearby Rum Rye Gulch Horde. Continue west down this path in order to find the Juniper Ridge Horde in a cave atop a hill just off the beaten path.

    • East of here, find your way around to the other side of the highway for the Groose Gardens Horde.

    • Fast travel to the Pilette Bridge NERO Checkpoint, and then head south, following the train tracks to find the Lobert Draw Ridge Horde.

    • Loop back to the same NERO Checkpoint, and this time head east for the Friendship Ridge Horde hiding in the nearby abandoned warehouse.
