Destiny 2 Gambit Prime Armor Sets – How to get Gambit Prime armor in Destiny 2 Jokers Wild

This first piece will be “Tier 1”, and will offer one point towards a certain specialism. For example, if you used a Reaper synth, you’ll have one point towards a Reaper specialism.

Keep plugging away, and you’ll earn extra perks for Gambit Prime at the following increments – 3, 6, 10 and 15.

If you’d like to improve your perks more quickly, you’ll need to reach Tier 2 and 3 of The Reckoning.

The Drifter offers a weekly bounty for each role, and once completed you’ll earn a helmet. Sticking with our Reaper specialism example, completing the weekly Reaper bounty will reward a Reaper helmet.

It’ll also upgrade your Weak Mote Synthesizer to a Middling one, allowing you to make Tier 2 motes to use in The Reckoning – this time a 670 power level activity.

You’ll also want a more co-ordinated fireteam, so it may be worth teaming up with friends.

Again, keep working towards a full set of Tier 2 armor to add more perks to your repertoire.

Needless to say, Tier 3 is similar to the prior levels, although the power requirement here is 680. Even at that level, it seems to be a very testing piece of content, so it may be worth completing milestones to hit 690 before attempting it.

Of course, that armor is likely worth the hassle – particularly for those that want to show off in their Gambit Prime armor, adorned by fluroescent colours for each role.

Endgame players will likely get a fair few hours out of the mode to be able to earn a full set.

Gambit Prime and The Reckoning aren’t all that’s new in Season of the Drifter. The exotic Hand Cannon Thorn has returned, while Xur’s new “Invitation of the Nine” bounties are also live.

This resurgence has come at a good time for Destiny 2, as The Division 2 and Anthem have also launched in recent weeks.
